"What is chiropractic really all about?"

Most back, neck, and joint pain is caused by injuries to joint ligaments.

This causes these ligaments to be stretched and weak, which leads to poor joint alignment and the joints don't function normally.

This reduces ranges of motion causing pain, eventually leading to arthritis and disc disease.

Chiropractic care imparts motion into these dysfunctional joints thus breaking up the scar tissue and increasing ranges of motion, which leads to healthier joints and less pain. These things all reduce the chances of future arthritis and progressive disc disease.

You may not know that all of the cells in your body receive nerve supply from nerves that pass through your spine. So when spinal joints get out of place they can put pressure on these nerves. This causes pain and muscle spasm.

Chiropractic care, thru spinal manipulation, gets these joints moving properly and takes the pressure off of the nerves. This reduces the pain and muscle spasm and increases function.
